The BYU-Hawaii athletics department has launched a new website, BYUHawaiiSports.com, the new home of BYU-Hawaii Athletics. The creation of this new website will help to provide Seasider fans with the latest news and information about BYU-Hawaii Athletics.
The new BYUHawaiiSports.com is a constantly evolving work in progress. The new site will always be adding features and new technology to better enhance the experience for fans of the program.
BYU-Hawaii partnered with PrestoSports to build the new site. PrestoSports has provided platforms for over 500 institutions and athletic organizations, including athletic conferences and individual programs across NCAA Division I, II and III.
The new-look site features enhanced content with more photos, video, easier access to the latest Seasider news and schedule information with links to game previews, recaps and live stats right on the home page.
Some of the new home page features include navigation links to the entire site, a video player, a spotlight section to highlight current accolades of athletes and a BYU-Hawaii Athletics Twitter feed.
Fans can also find links to all of the Seasiders’ social media pages under the #sidernation tab, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, in addition to Twitter.
Beyond the home page, BYUHawaiiSports.com provides each athletic team with its own page, offering a bevy of sport-specific content for fans to fully immerse themselves in all things BYU-Hawaii. Game recaps, announcements, rosters, bios, schedules and statistics will all be available.
A few things are still in the works for BYUHawaiiSports.com, including adding a new version of live stats for fans and a Seasider store, where fans can buy athletic apparel, collectables, and gifts. Stay tuned for the launch of those features and more as the new site continues to grow.
