Brigham Young University–Hawaii will host a building dedication ceremony on Saturday, January 15, at 10 am, to celebrate the recent completion of its new Science Building.

The ceremony will feature remarks from Elder Neil L. Andersen, of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, BYU–Hawaii President John S.K. Kauwe III, and Academic Vice President Isaiah Walker.
The dedication will be an invite only event, however, the ceremony will be broadcast live on the university’s official Facebook page and the BYUH website.
The campus and local community are invited to an open house from 12 pm to 3 pm on Saturday, January 15, to see the new facility on a guided tour.
The new three-story building features flexible state-of-the-art teaching laboratories, research and support spaces, classrooms, in addition to other informal learning and collaboration spaces. The new building will be home to math and science instruction and replaces the General Classroom Building.
