Women's Conference to Focus on 'Strength' of Family, Gospel Principles

The 2012 Hawaii Women’s Conference will be held at BYU–Hawaii, June 15-16. Keynote speakers will be Julie B. Beck, Margret S. Wheelwright and Ardeth G. Kapp.

“The BYU–Hawaii Women's Conference committee has been meeting for almost two years as we have worked to put together a women's conference that will bring speakers from North America and our own islands of Hawaii who will teach and enlighten and empower those women who attend to reach beyond the boundaries of our own limited spiritual knowledge,” says Margaret Wheelwright, one of the keynote speakers of the 2012 Women’s Conference.

In addition to Sister Wheelwright, Julie B. Beck and Ardeth G. Kapp will also be keynote speakers at the 2012 gathering. In addition to the keynote addresses, over 20 distinguished presenters will be a part of the two-day conference. The theme of the 2012 Conference is “In the Strength of the Lord, thou canst do all things” (Alma 20:4).
