BYU–Hawaii welcomes Reid Millerberg as the new Director of Human Resources.
Millerberg comes to the university with expertise in employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and talent management. He most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources for Boart Longyear, a global mineral exploration company with 5,000 employees in 40 different countries. Prior to that, he was Director of Human Resources for AMI Semiconductor and Tenfold Corporation. Reid also worked for Microsoft and Novell in various HR positions.
He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He also received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in HR from BYU’s Marriott School of Management.
Reid and his wife Leigh Anne are parents of three children and have one grandchild. Reid enjoys golfing, boating, skiing and traveling with his family.
